Tilt Mount consist of a kit of Tilt Legs, rails and hardware for attaching to the rails. Different height can have different angle, the normal angle range is 10~15 degree, 15~30 degree and 30~60 degree. The large angle adjustable range enables customers to select the optimal installation angle according to the site’s longitude and latitude, so as to obtain better power generation.

For reference, when the inclination angle increases from horizontal (0 °) to the optimal inclination angle, the radiation received by its surface increases correspondingly, and the maximum radiation is received when the optimal inclination angle is reached; as the tilt angle continues to increase, the radiation received by its surface begins to decrease, and the corresponding power generation gradually decreases. When the inclination angle is within ± 5 ° of the optimal inclination angle, the influence of radiation on power generation is relatively small.

The Tilt Mounts are mainly made of aluminum and stainless steel components, which can ensure complete corrosion resistance. Tilt Mount is mostly used on the side of the metal roof not facing the sun, fix together with clamp or fix with the roof directly with tapping screw. Sometimes it also used on the concrete roof.
